- Office Location. Which office is the most convenient for you? Which one offers you easy access and shorter travel times?
- Official Working Hours. Is the dental office only open on weekdays? Do the hours work just fine with your schedule or you want to ask about dropping by after office hours? If your doctor allows you to make appointments after work hours or flexible enough to schedule weekend treatments for you, then you’ve got a good one on your hands.
- Attitude of Staff. How does the staff treat you? Are they polite or brusque? Do they answer customers in a friendly way or do they drive them off with rude and impatient behavior?
- Comfort Level. How comfortable are you with the dentist? Do you see yourself coming back to that same office, year after year, for dental treatments?
